Piriformis Stretch

While sitting with your legs straight, bring your right foot over your left knee, placing the foot on the ground outside the left knee. Wrap your left arm around your right knee, twisting your trunk toward the right side while pulling your right knee to the left side and holding at the end position (see figure 5.10). Repeat on the opposite side.
