Modified Shoulder Stretch in Sitting

While sitting, lean forward and to the left, bringing your right arm toward your left ankle. Roll your hand forward, leading the right arm in a large arc toward the sky, which will end behind your right side, with your trunk twisting slightly to the right. Repeat this movement with your left arm.
