Bridge for Back Stabilization

This position uses the erector spinae and the hip extensors. Start in a lying position with your knees bent and your feet flat on the ground. Lift your hips straight off the ground until your trunk and thighs are in a straight line and hold for 10 to 20 seconds (see figure 4.15). Slowly return to the starting position.
