DAVID MARKS, MD: Was it difficult to go through the actual procedure?

ODUS LYND: No, not at all. There was no fear. There was no pain really to speak of, except for the pinpricks of the medication to dull the skin. And the outcome was phenomenal.

If you saw him today, you would not be able to tell he had Parkinson's. He can walk normally. He sleeps normally. He can do all the things that a normal person can do. And that really is nothing short of miraculous, when you think about it.

DAVID MARKS, MD: So it's made a tremendous difference for both of you -- in both of your cases.
