This exercise is designed to strengthen your arms.
1 Using light weights or soup cans, start with the elbows bent and arms out to the side.
2 Straighten your arms up overhead, bringing the weights to the center being careful not to raise our shoulder towards your ears.
3 Repeat for 2 sets of 10 repetitions. Can be done seated or standing.
