This exercise assists with spine flexibility and posture. (STEMS is an acronym for Seated Thoracic Extension Movements)
1 Start with arms crossed in front of your chest, seated on the edge of a chair.
2 Lift arms straight up overhead with the head straight forward.
3 Repeat 6 times.
4 With the arms in the raised position then side bend to each side 6 times.
5 With arms still raised rotate left and right 6 times.
