This exercise is designed for balance training. Begin by standing next to a solid object, either on a foam pillow or couch cushion. (For an advanced version of this exercise, perform exercise balancing on one foot with the other foot raised in the air.)
1 Stand on the foam with the heel of one foot directly in front of the toe of the other foot.
2 Maintain balance without holding onto anything if possible for 30 seconds.
3 Switch feet and repeat.
4 Perform 3 repetitions each.
