This exercise is designed to increase calf flexibility.
1 Stand facing a wall, place the toes of one foot up onto the wall with the heel on the ground.
2 Place the other foot back behind you and slowly lean into the wall.
3 You should feel a stretch in the calf of the front leg.
4 Hold for 30 seconds and perform 3 to 5 repetitions on each leg.
