This exercise helps with calf and hamstring flexibility.
1 In a walking motion, reach your leg forward with your heel on the ground.
2 In a sweeping motion, reach your hands towards the floor sweeping from your heel to your toe. (you will feel a stretch in your calf and your hamstring)
3 Continue on with the opposite leg, keeping your hands near your feet.
4 Perform 10 to 20 steps per leg.
