This exercise can help with spinal mobility.
1 Start in side lying with your knees bent to 90 degrees and hands straight out in front of you.
2 Open your arms rotating your trunk and following your arm with your head.
3 Hold the position for 10 seconds, then return to the starting position. Repeat 10 repetitions.
4 Turn over to the other side and repeat.
