ENTERTAIN YOUR EARS

Stress and anxiety can sometimes get the best of us, even when we’re not aware of it. One easy way to reduce stress is to listen to music. Studies have shown that music, both relaxing pieces and your favorite jams, can significantly decrease anxiety levels.

There are actual physiological benefits that occur when our ears are being harmonized by music. When stressors are present, music has shown to prevent surges in blood pressure and heart rate that accompany anxiety. Even without the presence of stress, music has been shown to enhance mood and brain function.

Reducing stress means minimizing the negative health effects stress and anxiety have on the body. So make a playlist and wake up to your favorite tunes.
