Herbs de Provence Couscous

Makes 4 servings


  • 1¼ cups water
  • 1 teaspoon herbs de Provence
  • 1 cup whole wheat couscous
  • Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste


Bring water and herbs de Provence to a boil. Stir in couscous, cover, and let stand 5 to 10 minutes or until all the liquid has absorbed.

Fluff with a fork and season to taste with black pepper before serving.
