The contest is open to all residents and organizations of the United States, with the exceptions of employees of Healthline Networks, its advertising and promotional agencies and their respective affiliates and associates and such employees' immediate family members.
Nominations and voting begin on April 1st, 2014 at 12:01 A.M PST. and ends on July 1st, 2014 at 11:59 P.M PST.
Entry and Participation
Any person can nominate a resource for entry including blog owners, non-profit employees, and others.
All nominations are reviewed by Healthline staff and are subject to approval. All entries must be written in English. Heathline reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any blog for any reason.
All votes must be cast by clicking the Facebook ‘like’ button.
Entrants may not vote with multiple Facebook accounts and/or multiple identities. Any entrant who attempts to participate/vote with multiple Facebook accounts and/or multiple identities will be disqualified. All votes must be cast from US based Facebook and accounts. Voters will be disqualified for any suspicious voting activity. Suspicious voting activity includes, but is not limited to: multiple votes from Facebook accounts that do not include a photo of the account owner, voting from accounts that have 10 followers or less, or any type of voting that appears to be purchased. No automatic, programmed, robotic or similar means of voting are permitted.
Healthline reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to delete or ban a blog from entry at any time at during the contest period for suspicious activity, without explanation. In addition, Healthline reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend voting should any virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the voting process. All decisions regarding the voting process shall be final and shall not be subject to challenge or appeal.
Healthline is not responsible for technical, hardware, software, telephone or other communications malfunctions, errors or failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, the Site, Internet, or ISP availability, unauthorized human intervention, traffic congestion, incomplete or inaccurate capture of voting information (regardless of cause) or failed, incomplete, garbled, jumbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit one's ability to vote, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer or mobile device relating to or resulting from participating in the voting or downloading any materials. Healthline is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, technically corrupted or misdirected votes, which will be disqualified.
Users can vote once for every entry. Users can vote for more than one entry.
The entries with the most ‘likes’ at 11:59 P.M. PST on July 1st, 2014 will be named the winner. In case of a tie, the award will be split between the winners. Winners will be notified. The names of the winners will also be posted on the Healthline.com website and announced on Healthline’s Anaphylaxis Facebook community(https://www.facebook.com/pages/Living-with-Anaphylaxis/620653564656165?ref=hl).

Healthline reserves the right to use any and all information related to the Contest, including information on contestants obtained through the contest, for marketing purposes or any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.
Nominees and winners further grant to Healthline the right to use and publish their proper name and state online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the Contest.
One cash prize ($300) will be awarded to the best Anaphylaxis blog, $300 will be awarded to the best anaphylaxis community, and $300 will be donated to the non-profit with the most ‘likes’ at the end of the contest period. Winners will be contacted via the email account or website on or before July 30th, 2014. In order to claim the prize, winners must respond via email to [email protected] no later than August 1, 2014. Responses must include full name, email address, and location. Prizes will be awarded on August 10, 2014. Failure to respond according to these stipulations shall mean that the winner forfeits the prize.
Neither Healthline Networks nor its employees may be held liable for any warranty, costs, damage, injury or any other claims incurred as a result of usage of any winners of a prize once possession has been taken of the product by a winner. Anaphylaxis, As the name implies, this app is designed for people with severe allergies to food, medication, insect bites, and more. The app provides a personalized allergen management plan and emergency procedures for the primary user as well as for parents, family members, and friends. Available for iOS only.
