Why buy gluten-free flour mixes when you can easily make it yourself? This all-purpose mix is great in cakes, muffins and quick breads.
Trick: If you’re using it for yeast dough, like pizza dough, add an additional teaspoon of xanthan gum.
Ingredients
- 1 cup sorghum flour
- 1 cup brown rice flour
- 2 cups tapioca or potato starch (NOT flour)
- 1 cup buckwheat flour
- 2 teaspoons xanthan gum
Instructions
Combine all ingredients and store in a cool, dry place until needed.
