We’re almost embarrassed at how easy this snack is to make. It’s so simple and it’s a great recipe to make with your kids. If you’re kids aren’t fans of peaches, try other fruits packed in syrup (apricots, pears or fruit cocktail, for example).
Ingredients
- 2 (15 oz.) cans sliced peaches in syrup
Instructions
Drain one can of fruit, discarding syrup. Place the fruit and undrained can into a freezer-proof bowl. Cover and freeze at least 8 hours.
Process frozen mixture in a food processor until smooth, which usually takes about 30 seconds. Return mixture to bowl and freeze for about one hour, or until firm.
