- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 medium banana
- 3 tablespoons silken tofu
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 packets of Truvia
- ½ cup soymilk
Step by Step:
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Garnish with banana or strawberry (optional).
