Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • 3/4 cup 2% milk
  • 1/4 cup minced red onion
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 11/2 lb. lean ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup grated Mexican Cheese Blend

Step by Step:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Stir together first 8 ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Gently stir in ground turkey, mixing just until blended. Transfer to a lightly greased 9-x 5-inch baking dish.
  3. Bake for 50 minutes. Top evenly with salsa and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 10 minutes, or until fully cooked. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
