- 1/3 cup minced onion
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 3 garlic cloves, halved
- 2 tsp jalapeno pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 ripe peeled avocados, cut into chunks
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
Step by Step:
- Combine onion, lime juice, garlic cloves, jalapeno, salt and pepper in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until well-blended.
- Add avocado and pulse until smooth. Spoon guacamole into a serving bowl and top with chopped cilantro.
