  • 1/3 cup minced onion
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 3 garlic cloves, halved
  • 2 tsp jalapeno pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 ripe peeled avocados, cut into chunks
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro

Step by Step:

  1. Combine onion, lime juice, garlic cloves, jalapeno, salt and pepper in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until well-blended.
  2. Add avocado and pulse until smooth. Spoon guacamole into a serving bowl and top with chopped cilantro.
