Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 4 pears, cored and sliced
  • 4 ounces Stilton blue cheese, crumbled
  • 5 ounces walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 4 cups arugula, washed

Step by Step:

  1. Whisk the vinegar, oil, honey, and mustard together in a small bowl and set aside.
  2. Arrange the arugula on six salad plates followed by the pears, cheese, and walnuts.
