- 1 cup each frozen peach and mango slices
- 1/2 cup vanilla-flavored soy milk
- 1 container (6-ounce) fat-free peach yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
Step by Step:
- Place the frozen peaches and mangoes in a blender and pulse about 15 seconds, until fruit is smooth. Add soy milk, yogurt and honey and process 1 minute or until smooth. Serve immediately.
