  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon low-sodium Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1.5 pounds large shrimp, peeled and de-veined

Step by Step:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a small saucepan over medium heat, stir together ketchup and next 7 ingredients. Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Place shrimp in a lightly greased, shallow baking or broiler pan. Pour ketchup mixture over shrimp.
  4. Bake 8 minutes, or until shrimp is just cooked through.
