Ingredients

  • 1 pound cherries
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 4 cups red wine
