Ingredients
- 1/2 head of iceberg lettuce
- 1 lb. fresh peas
- 4 spring onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp. mint sauce
- 2 tbsp. water
- 3 tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
Step by Step:
- Put all the ingredients in a large saucepan, except the mint sauce and cover. Simmer on low for 20 minutes. Stir in the mint sauce and serve immediately.
