Ingredients

  • 1/2 head of iceberg lettuce
  • 1 lb. fresh peas
  • 4 spring onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. mint sauce
  • 2 tbsp. water
  • 3 tbsp. margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. sugar

Step by Step:

  1. Put all the ingredients in a large saucepan, except the mint sauce and cover. Simmer on low for 20 minutes. Stir in the mint sauce and serve immediately.
