Ingredients

  • 1 mint bunch, chopped (around 1 cup when chopped)
  • 5 coriander sprigs
  • 2 ounces walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup malt vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Step by Step:

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend into a chunky sauce.
  2. Refrigerate overnight.
