  • 2 heads cauliflower, cut into large florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce

Step by Step:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F
  2. Toss cauliflower with oil and place on a lightly greased baking sheet
  3. Roast at 400° F for 20 minutes or until cauliflower is almost tender. Stir together maple syrup and soy sauce and pour over cauliflower, tossing to coat. Continue to cook 5 to 10 minutes or until cauliflower is tender. Serve immediately.
