Maple-Soy Glazed Cauliflower

Ingredients
- 2 heads cauliflower, cut into large florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
Step by Step:
- Preheat oven to 400°F
- Toss cauliflower with oil and place on a lightly greased baking sheet
- Roast at 400° F for 20 minutes or until cauliflower is almost tender. Stir together maple syrup and soy sauce and pour over cauliflower, tossing to coat. Continue to cook 5 to 10 minutes or until cauliflower is tender. Serve immediately.
