This is a great recipe to keep on hand when you need a quick and healthy dessert but it also makes a nutritious, yet easy breakfast.

- 4 large peaches, halved
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Step by Step:
- Position oven rack to top position and preheat broiler to high.
- Place peaches, cut side up, on a baking sheet. Brush with 1/2 the maple syrup. Broil until golden brown on top. Place 2 peach halves on serving plate.
- Stir together yogurt and cinnamon and place a dollop on each peach. Drizzle with remaining maple syrup. Serve warm.
