Everyone loves chocolate but when the chocolate cravings strike, they come with the added baggage of hundreds of calories. These individual chocolate cakes are easy to mix and make. The best part is that they also help in portion control.

  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp cooking chocolate, melted
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp skim milk
  • 3 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 tsp salt

Step by Step:

  1. Sift flour, salt, and cocoa powder till no lumps remain. Fold in honey, melted chocolate, milk, and yogurt till the mixture resembles a thick paste.
  2. Transfer this into a greased glass bowl and microwave on HI for 60 seconds. Let the cake rest for five minutes and dig in.
