  • 2 15oz. cans black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomato
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp. minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper

Step by Step:

  1. Combine beans, onions, tomato, green onions, and cilantro in mixing bowl.
  2. Add lime juice, garlic, salt, and pepper to the bean mixture and stir well. Serve with baked tortilla or baked pita chips.
