  • 2 cups whole, raw almonds
  • 1/4 cup honey or agave nectar
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

Step by Step:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or nonstick foil.
  2. Stir together almonds and honey or agave nectar and spread in one layer on baking sheet.
  3. Bake 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove and let rest 5 minutes.
  4. Place cocoa in a paper bag; add almonds and shake to coat. Spread in an even layer to cool. Store in an airtight container up to two days.
