- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chipotle chili powder
- 1 (2 to 2 1/4 lb.) package lean pork tenderloin
- 1 (12 oz.) bottle hickory smoked flavor barbecue sauce
Step by Step:
- Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high, 3 to 4 hours. Pork should shred easily with two forks when fully cooked.
