Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 1/2 cup skimmed milk
- 1 chamomile tea bag
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. vanilla essence
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Step by Step:
- Bring the water to a boil in a medium saucepan and add the tea bag. Remove from the heat and steep for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove the tea bag and add the remaining ingredients. Stir and serve immediately.
