  • 1/2 head red cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1 carrot, thinly sliced
  • 1 granny smith apple, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2/3 cup olive oil
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Step by Step:

  1. Whisk the vinegars, oil, sugar, salt, and pepper together in a bowl and toss with the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to one hour, tossing occasionally.
