  • 2 large bananas
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 1 large apple
  • 1 large pear
  • 3 walnuts
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1 tsp flax seeds
  • 3-4 ice cubes

Step by Step:

  1. Remove seeds from apples and pears. You may remove the skin of the fruits but it is advisable to use them whole since a lot of nutrients are packed under the skin.
  2. In a blender, blend all the ingredients until smooth. Serve cold.
