  • 1 large banana
  • 1 Tbsp. semi-sweet chocolate chips (Enjoy Life® brand is free of common allergens)
  • 8 miniature marshmallows
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon

Step by Step:

  1. Preheat your toaster oven to 450°F.
  2. Use a sharp knife to cut a 1-inch-thick strip from the banana peel, leaving the flap of the peel attached at one end. Scoop out a segment of fruit to create a long trough, running from one end of the banana to the other.
  3. Fill the trough with the chocolate chips, marshmallows, and cinnamon. Seal back up with the strip of peel.
  4. Tightly wrap the banana in tinfoil and bake it in the toaster oven for 20 minutes, or until it is soft and blackened. If you’re worried about the banana leaking while it bakes, you can place it in a glass or aluminum pan to catch drips.
  5. Serve the banana in a bowl with a spoon for eating.
