New Program - Exercise is Anti-Aging Medicine
The 16th Annual World Congress on Anti-Aging Medicine & Regenerative Biomedical Technologies, will be held at Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center, Washington, DC. July 17-19.
The meeting marks the launch of a new curriculum of "Exercise as Anti-Aging Medicine" through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M). I am heading up A4M's new program and launching it with two presentations on July 17. We are also building a certification program. I will announce more in future posts.
In the morning session, I will give a lecture on identifying and preventing wear and tear injuries, and applying healthful use of exercise to counter preventable losses in function that are often mistaken for aging. In the afternoon I will give a workshop on Anti-Aging Range of Motion (stretching).
For A4M information, Contact Ken Germano, Managing Director, info@A4M.com, or call 866-693-3376.
Right after A4M, we leave for the Wilderness Medicinal Conference and teach three workshops there. Click Fun Workshops in Colorado in July for information.
