Registered Dietitian (RD)and Fellow of the
American College of Sports Medicine (FACSM). This book is an amazing resource for anything and everything you may want to know about sports nutrition. If you are not a science geek like me some of it may be a little overwhelming, but there is plenty of other info that is easy to read and apply, too.
