Common side effects of Sibutramine include constipation, difficulty sleeping or restlessness, dry mouth, headache, and loss of appetite. Report these effects if they are troublesome. Do not significantly alter your intake of grapefruit juice or grapefruit while taking Sibutramine. Sibutramine does not interact with other foods.
