A potassium supplement may be prescribed for patients with a low potassium level. Contact your prescriber immediately if you experience chest pain, dizziness, fainting or falling spells, palpitations, or change in your usual heart beat (fast, slow, or irregular heart beat) during therapy with Droperidol.

Nevirapine may decrease the actions of Lidocaine injections. Your prescriber may need to do blood tests or check your heart rhythm (using an EKG) to make sure you are receiving the correct amount of Lidocaine. Contact your prescriber immediately if may experience chest pain, dizziness, fainting or falling spells, palpitations, shortness of breath, or a change in your usual heart beat (fast, slow, or irregular heart beat). Nevirapine should not interact with skin or topical products containing Lidocaine.
