What if I miss a dose?If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you can. If it is almost time for your next dose, take only that dose. Do not take double or extra doses.What may interact with this medicine?

Also tell them if you smoke, drink alcohol, or use illegal drugs. Some items may interact with your medicine. What should I watch for while using this medicine?Visit your doctor or health care professional for regular checks on your progress. You will need frequent blood checks during the first few months you are receiving the medicine.Keep out of the sun. If you cannot avoid being in the sun, wear protective clothing and use sunscreen. Do not use sun lamps or tanning beds/ booths. This medicine can cause birth defects. Do not get pregnant while taking this drug. Females will need to have a negative pregnancy test before starting this medicine. If sexually active, use 2 reliable forms of birth control together for 4 weeks before starting this medicine, while you are taking this medicine, and for 6 weeks after you stop taking this medicine. Birth control pills alone may not work properly while you are taking this medicine. If you think that you might be pregnant talk to your doctor right away. If you get a cold or other infection while receiving this medicine, call your doctor or health care professional. Do not treat yourself. The medicine may decrease your body's ability to fight infections. |
