A very Merry Christmas 2014 to all of our Readers, Followers, and Friends!

As noted recently, we're about to celebrate 10 years of DiabetesMine... given that the site began in "stealth mode" in late December 2004 and went live in February 2005. Wow, talk about Ghosts of Holidays past...

For your viewing pleasure on this 2014 Yuletide Occasion, we'd like to share a very fun animated D-video that reminded me of those fave stop-motion Christmas classics.

This one was created by our newest illustrator, Gareth Morgan out of the UK, who we introduced recently as a biomedical researcher cum diabetes conceptual artist. He made this video as a teaching tool for young biology students to understand glucose, and says it took 16 hours per day to get 3 seconds of animation (!) That's dedication!

And the caps remind us of little dancing snowflakes...
