Or is it Impressions? Either way, today is the Second Annual Diabetes Art Day, a day to visually document your experience(s) with diabetes. Founder Lee Ann Thill talked with us last week about this grassroots awareness day, and now the community is buzzing with creative energy as folks of all ages show off their masterworks embodying how they feel about life with diabetes.
Of course, we at the 'Mine tend to gravitate towards words to express ourselves, but nonetheless, we do have our own submissions to share.

American Diabetes Association Names New CEO
Non-profit leader Kevin L. Hagan named as new chief exec of national diabetes org after six-month search.
FDA Approves New Basal Insulin
Sanofi's Troujeo has 'flatter profile' of action that helps to avoid lows.
Daytona Win for Racecar Driver with Diabetes!
Type 1 driver Ryan Reed wins first NASCAR series race at Daytona on Feb. 21.
Pretty insightful for a small type 3, I'd say!
And Allison used her photography skills to show how diabetes creeps into all of life's everyday situations...
