Whether you've had diabetes for two months or 20 years, there always seems to be an "aha moment" to be had. What was your biggest D-revelation of 2012?

Send us your 50 words at info@diabetesmine.com to enter! Please include the word Sweepstakes in your email header.

Names of all the entrants will go into a raffle, and NINE lucky winners will each receive one these fine prizes:

- one of three $75 Walgreens gift cards, to purchase whatever you like or need

- one of three $50 gift certificates for Skidaddle diabetes bags, featuring stylish carry-case options for guys and gals

- one of three sample boxes of LEVEL Life Glucose Gels with cool new flavors including: Caramel, Vanilla, Strawberry Banana and Mandarin Orange (we wrote about them here, prior to their name change)

Of course, we'll review all the entries, and plan to compile the "choice learnings" in a collective post to share.

Submit your entries by 5pm PST on Dec. 20, please.

Winners will be announced on Dec. 24, 2012.

We can't wait to hear from you...
