Healthline Networks Names David Kopp Senior Vice President, Network & Advertising Services

Yahoo Veteran Joins Company in Newly Created Senior Position

SAN FRANCISCO - May 18, 2010 - Healthline Networks (www.healthline.com), the leading provider of intelligent health information services, today announced that David Kopp will join the company in a newly created position, Senior Vice President, Network & Advertising Services. A leader in the Internet advertising industry, Kopp brings more than 18 years experience ranging from Fortune 500 to startup companies to Healthline, as the company grows its media network, the largest focused on consumer health, reaching almost 100M unique visitors each month.

Kopp’s digital media expertise stems from work with a variety of large and small companies, holding senior positions with The Walt Disney Company and AdForce, Inc. David also founded and ran Winfire Inc., a search toolbar startup, and sold it to Broadband Digital Group. In addition, Kopp has held the positions of Vice President and General Manager of LookSmart, and President of Sonicity, a start-up software company.

Most recently, Kopp was Senior Director of Ad Products at Yahoo! Inc. There he led a team that had revenue responsibility for 20 percent of U.S. display advertising products, and launched SmartAds and Search Retargeting, two of Yahoo!’s most successful display ad products of the last two years.
