
SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. —June 15, 2007—Healthline Networks (www.healthline.com),
the leading provider of intelligent health information services, announced today expansion of its executive team naming John Lane senior vice president of marketing and Jesse Paynter vice president of sales. Lane and Paynter will provide Healthline with a wealth of consumer healthcare advertising and marketing experience, accelerating Healthline’s growth in sales and user traffic.

With more than a decade of experience in interactive consumer marketing, John Lane was most recently senior vice president of consumer marketing and customer acquisition at Revolution Health Group. Prior to that he held executive marketing positions with America Online (AOL), Charles Schwab, IBM and top advertising and direct marketing companies such as Highway One, Wunderman Cato Johnson, Campbell Mithun Esty, Wells Rich Greene and SSC&B. Lane earned a B.A. in history from Ohio Wesleyan University.
Healthline’s newly appointed VP of sales, Jesse Paynter, will be responsible for building out the company’s sales team and scaling the company’s advertising opportunities for both Healthline.com and select network partners. Paynter has an extensive and highly successful background in online advertising sales and related executive positions including five years with AOL directing sales in the health category. His past professional ventures include high-profile positions at ROO Group, JLP New Media, Turner Broadcasting and Ryan Partnership, among others. He holds a B.A. in communications from Marist College.
