Staff Accountant
Opportunity

Responsibilities
- Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliations, including reconciliation of all bank accounts
- Prepare cash receipts entries and deposits
- Generate month-end journal entries
- Maintain fixed assets and prepare monthly depreciation reports
- Maintain A/R files, manage A/R collections and provide resolution of outstanding invoices
- Interact with customer support and other departments to reconcile billing disputes
- Prepare a variety of financial statements, reports and analysis timely and accurately
- Responsible for all aspects of Accounts Payable
- Take on ad hoc projects
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Accounting or related field
- Must have experience working with small company G/L, such as Quickbooks, Platinum, etc
- Strong foundation in GAAP principles, and ability to follow company policies consistently
- Meticulous attention to detail while still maintaining big picture
- Fast learner with ability to take initiative, research and work independently
- Excellent Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize workflow
- Team driven player
- Ability to communicate financial information to employees
