Senior Advertising Campaign Manager

Opportunity

Healthline Networks seeks an energetic  Sr. Advertising Campaign Manager for the San Francisco Office.  The successful candidate will bring 2+ years experience in online advertising operations and trafficking, preferably in a media network environment. In addition to experience in ad ops, the position requires knowledge in the technologies used to support online advertising operations, including ad serving, audience management tools, inventory applications, HTML, Flash, and third-party ad tags.

Responsibilities

  • Traffic, test, maintain, troubleshoot and optimize online advertising campaigns using DoubleClick's DFP ad server
  • Create reports and processes to monitor campaign delivery and to communicate relevant metrics to Advertising Sales
  • Work collaboratively with Ad Sales to recommend campaign modifications, leveraging an understanding of advertiser and product performance
  • Regularly monitor and reconcile campaign delivery across third party ad serving systems, including monthly billing and Media Network Partner reporting
  • Support Sales Operations by running inventory queries and updating ad calendars

Requirements/Experience

  • 1-2 years experience in online ad trafficking a must
  • Experience with DoubleClick's DFP or other ad-serving applications; experience with contract management systems such as Operative, FatTail or DSM a plus
  • Knowledge of 3rd party reporting
  • Experience with campaign trafficking - rich media, standard display, text and re-directs
  • Experience with 3rd party rich media vendors such as Pointroll, Eyewonder, and Eyeblaster
  • Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Results-driven with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • HTML skills a plus
