Opportunity

We are looking for bright and talented individuals at the junior level who want to immerse themselves in our technology and ultimately grow into lead roles. Work with a dynamic engineering team on a contract basis in our San Francisco office.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science or Engineering
  • Highly motivated to increase skills
  • Ability to adapt to short development timelines, sometimes with changing requirements
  • Ability to just figure things out
  • Healthcare industry experience, a plus
Experience
  • Java, J2EE
  • General web development (HTML, javascript, HTTP protocol, etc)
  • Databases (SQL, Oracle, MySQL)
  • Spring, Lucene, tomcat, apache
  • Solid understanding of the major abstract data types (linked lists, queues, hashtables, etc)
  • Familiarity with design patterns
  • Linux

Ideal candidates will be highly motivated to take ownership of key components of our system, learn it inside and out, and then take it to the next level.
