Online Advertising Analyst
Opportunity
Healthline is seeking a dynamic individual to learn the basics of compiling and analyzing data for online advertising campaigns placed on Healthline.com and the Healthline Media Network. The successful candidate will bring 1-2 years of working experience in a Finance, Accounting, or Analyst role. They will provide high quality and efficient support to Advertising, Sales Operations, and the growing roster of Healthline Media Network partners. This is a contract position in the San Francisco Office.
Responsibilities
- Process online advertising campaign insertion orders
- Create daily advertising campaign delivery data reports across third party ad serving systems and consolidate into management reporting tool
- Generate monthly billing reports and co-manage invoice development
- Issue regular Media Network Partner ad campaign delivery reports
- Participate in development/QA of order entry system
- Develop revenue and other key performance indicator reports
Requirements
- Qualified applicants will have a BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
- High energy level and ambitious, with extraordinary attention to detail
- Requires a demonstrated understanding of billing, scheduling and database systems
- Flexible, team player
- Able to work effectively under pressure with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Highly organized, with superior problem resolution and analytical skills
- Ability to present complex information at all levels within the organization
- Strong PC skills, including Excel, Access, Word and Outlook
