    thanksvery much for all these precious advices.
    i will do my best to follow itbut i have a very litlle problem:
    i'm talking about the mood..........i'm more likely to change from goodto bad mood very quickly & i admit that sometimes it happens for no serious reason!!!
    do u think sport will help me stay positive in my life & thoughts!!
    thanks again & i hope to get some answers.

    Yes! Exercise has been proven to help with mood and general sense of well being. Your body releases endorphins, a chemical in the brain that makes you feel good, when you exercise. But don't forget to consult your doctor before starting any exercise program, and discuss your rapidly changing moods. Ask your doctor about mood disorders...and good luck.
