- Write and leave a short sincere thanks to those who often deserve and rarely hear the words.
- Ideas - cleaning and maintenance crews, receptionists, desk clerks, mail carriers, repair people, crossing guards, security, drivers, teachers, customer service, others.

Very nice, very needed.
So many of us who work outside of the limelight, who are the simple people whose care and attention allow the world and those who lead, those who would 'manage,'it and its enterprises, to proceed, are not considered, nor recogized, not thought about.
